Adoree' Jackson, USC star football player, will opt out of the Trojans' spring practice to pursue his dream of making the Olympics. He'll be attempting to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic team as a long jumper. Football coach, Clay Helton, said that Jackson would be excused from spring practices, just as he was promised when he was recruited. Read More »
Empire star Taraji P. Henson says that she is done with her son's college and moving him to an HBCU. According to KTLA, Henson has decided to pull her son from USC after he was racially profiled while touring the campus. Henson's son, Marcel, 20, was on the campus of the University of Southern California, taking a tour when he was stopped more than once for having his hands in his pockets. Read More »
"We Bruins now." Snoop Dogg's son Cordell Broadus has announced that he's committed to attend UCLA next year.... Unfortunately, his rapper dad is a longtime fan of hated rival USC. Cordell, according to ESPN the 14th ranked wide receiver in this year's college recruiting class - and 130th overall - gives UCLA an "elite receiver"... and presumably some worthy pre and halftime entertainment options, leaving USC out in the cold with only PDAs between Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger.
