Chelsea FC has the chance to become the first club ever to win the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europe League titles in successive seasons respectively. That is, of course, if they defeat Benfica today in Amsterdam. After being eliminated in this year's Champions League, Chelsea is hoping to get at least one trophy this season. Just like his album from last year Twins, this new release is credited under his name instead of "The Ty Segall Band." Rachel McAdams and Domhnall Gleeson star in a unique romantic comedy that involves time travel! In About Time we watch as a young man falls in love with a pretty girl and uses his special ability to travel through time in order to make her fall in love with him. Clearly there are consequences to messing around with the laws of time, but at least this movie trailer makes it seem like some of them are comical. From the writer of Love, Actually, Richard Curtis, About Time looks like a different take on the romantic comedy trope and also stars Bill Nighy, Tom Hollander and Margot Robbie. Read More »
Amy and Samy Bouzaglo, owners of Amy's Baking Company in Scottsdale, Arizona, made history this week by being the first restaurateurs to scare Gordon Ramsay away on Kitchen Nightmares. Throughout their segment of the popular restaurant reality show, the Bouzaglos baffles the no-nonsense host and chef, leading to him to leave the restaurant. With over 100 businesses featured on Ramsay's show, this was the first time he had ever walked away. As a result, the Internet took to Yelp, Facebook, and Reddit to poke fun at Amy's Baking Company. Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has announced his retirement from international competitive football today, leaving England's national team before the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil's Rio de Janeiro. His Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson retired from coaching last week, but Ferdinand still plans to focus on his career with the club instead of the international team. The 34-year-old player says he felt it was time to make room for the younger players. In previous years, Rio Ferdinand stated he would "never quit England," but it looks like he has changed is mind. Los Angeles resident Greg Karber was disgusted by the news of Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries announcing that his brand would not cater to "fat" and "uncool" women. Jeffries announced that his stores would not carry XL or larger sizes for women. So as Jeffries decided to rebrand his clothing line, filmmaker Greg Karber decided to also rebrand Abercrombie & Fitch. His plan, however, is to make the clothing line "the world's number one brand of homeless people." Read More »

Director J.J. Abrams has been making the press rounds in support of his new film Star Trek Into Darkness but a lot of the questions he gets are about his involvement in Star Wars: Episode VII. Most questions deal with his approach and who he wants in it, but while on "The Daily Show" host Jon Stewart and Brams discussed the differences between the two science fiction franchises. Reading has already been relegated and Manchester City has pretty much sealed second place in the Premier League, but today's matchup could end up being surprising. As of now, Reading is in 19th place (out of 20) so a win today does not mean anything for the departing team other than a final good-bye to the Barclays Premier League. Wigan Athletic recently saw some FA Cup success but still need to pick up three points during their away match against Arsenal today. A defeat against Arsenal mean Wigan would be relegated immediately. Britain's Prince Harry of Wales continued his week-long tour of the United States today by visiting the New Jersey shore areas that where damaged by Superstorm Sandy last year. The 28-year-old royal met with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie as well as first responders from the hurricane. On top of this morning's visit to New Jersey, Harry spent his weekend participating in Armed Forces events and even tried his hand at American football! Read More »
With the fourth season of Arrested Development less than two weeks away, actress Portia de Rossi went onto Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to promote the Netflix exclusive episodes. During her interview, she mentioned that movie rumors have become more prominent now that these 15 new episodes have been made and that she did not rule out the possibility!
