Miguel, Nazanin Mandi Engaged! R&B Singer, Model to Wed After Dating for 10 Years

R&B singer Miguel is engaged to his girlfriend of 10 years, model Nazanin Mandi. Mandi sparked engagement rumors after posting a selfie on Instagram on Monday wearing a huge diamond on her ring finger.

The couple's engagement was later confirmed by E! News.

The "Coffee" singer has been dating the model for the past 10 years, since he was 18-years-old.  

An insider close to the couple revealed, "Nazanin and Miguel are really excited to get married! They’ve been together for some time and knew that they were going to spend their lives together. All of their friends and family think they are the best couple and really complement each other."

Nazanin posted a selfie on Instagram Monday morning showing a large diamond on her ring finger and fans took notice!

The 30-year-old singer opened up to Hot 97 last year about why he had not proposed yet.

He discusses his relationship with Nazanin at the 7:40 mark:

Miguel explained in the radio interview, "I think I've come so far as a man and I'm just starting to feel solid where I can be like, 'You know what? I think I can hold this down legitimately.' I think now people throw things around like marriage. I just wasn't raised like that.

"I just follow my instincts. I think she's learned that and she's had to adjust and had to learn and also embrace. And I love her more for that."

Miguel previously opened up about his sex life with Nazanin, stating, "At the end of the day, empty sex is lame. Sport f*cking was cool when I was younger, it was like, Ah, I did that, cool, whatever. Empty sex is just…I'm over that sh*t."
