Justin Bieber is always ready and willing to try out some new trends, and he did just that when he attended the Haiti Benefit Gala on January 9. The "Sorry" singer tried out a new hairstyle and rocked a trendy new top knot hairstyle, or popularly known as a "man bun."

The 21-year-old hitmaker showed support for Sean Penn's Haiti fundraiser in Beverly Hills on Saturday night and had people buzzing as he arrived at the event sporting a tiny man bun which was a growing trend in 2015 and Bieber is probably trying to bring it to 2016 with him.

While his hair is just barely long enough to pull off a bun, he did a pretty good job trying to make a knot out of his short hair.

The new hairdo helped showcase his newest tattoo - a pair of angel wings rising up from his shoulders and curling around his neck. Bieber has been known to experiment with a number of hairstyles, from platinum blonde to cornrows, but this is a new one.

Scanning through the timeline of his Instagram posts, it seems like the singer has been growing his hair and he's probably trying to evolve his baby bun into a full-grown adult.

After getting in some trouble after causing a scene on sacred ground in Mexico, shifting the public's attention to his new hair makeover is exactly what the Biebs needs.

According to Mirror, Selena Gomez' ex allegedly pulled his pants down while at an ancient Mayan temple. But despite the alleged incident, the chart topper must have enjoyed his day because he tweeted about having a “great” time.
