PewDiePie, real name Felix Kjellberg, is the most successful vlogger online and the person with the largest YouTube channel. He has now turned into his own boss. Teaming up with Disney, the online star created a new network, Revelmode, aimed at content creators in social media. The platform will release shows, games, animations and other content.

According to BBC, PewDiePie has formed an "Avengers-like squad" with some of the world's biggest vloggers to help him out in the new project with Disney's Maker Studios, the network he's been working with since 2012.

PewDiePie is so far joined by some of the biggest stars on YouTube for the new project. Names include Markiplier, Jelly, Emma Blackery, Dodger, CutiePieMarzia, Kwebblekkop, Jacksepticeye and CinnamonToastKen, in an environment focused on creating new online content and helping out those who are starting out as vloggers.

Variety reports that so far Revelmode is available on YouTube, Facebook and other platforms, and besides video content, it'll also be focused on philanthropic programs, game development, commercial partnership and merchandise. There's already a big launch project on the way. PewDiePie and the rest of the original gang involved in the project will be featured on an animated series.

Fans will also be encouraged to raise funds for philanthropic ventures, including Save the Children and Charity: Water, both of which have had Kjellberg involved in the past few years.

"I started as a gaming and digital content fan long before making this a profession," said PewDiePie in a statement announcing his new platform. "The idea of Revelmode was built from my own experiences and will aim to bring together an Avengers-like talent squad to work and grow a business together."

Forbes reports that, not too long ago, there were rumors that PewDiePie was unhappy with his relationship with Disney and wanted out of the contract he's been signed to for almost four years. Considering he just got a massive upgrade in creative license, that hardly seems like the case.
