The CW Network continues with Season 2 of The Flash. In Episode 6-10, this the perfect opportunity to check up on Barry Allen (Grant Gustin), Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), Iris West (Candice Patton) and their new opponent, Zoom (voiced by Tony Todd).

As we previously mentioned, Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears), the Silver Age Flash, has crossed dimensions to find the scarlet speedster. Jay warns Barry (Gustin) and his team at S.T.A.R. Labs about an impending danger that he alone cannot stop. Together, they have to stop Zoom before he wipes out every speedster across every multiverse.

Check out our 5 thoughts on episodes 6-10 of Season 2 of The Flash:

5) The Beating Of A Lifetime!

In Enter Zoom, Barry had the worst plan ever to take on the super-villain. Unfortunately, Zoom had the upper-hand and lead Barry to an intense battle. After the two speedsters fought, Zoom was brutal and humiliated The Flash in front of everyone. In a crushing blow, Zoom landed a punch into the Flash's back and broke his spinal cord. When Barry woke up from his beatdown, the scarlet speedster realized he couldn't feel his legs.

4) First King Shark, Then Gorilla City!

Someone wants their Emmy for special effects! As if King Shark wasn't enough, the CGI in this episode went for a cinematic scope as Gorilla Grodd was sent off to Gorilla City. Straight out of the comics, viewers got to see the temples, the jungle, and every talking gorilla in Gorilla City. Who knows how the effects team will top this digital sequence!

3) The Flash/Arrow Crossover!

This critic thought The Flash episode was more of an Arrow episode because of its dark and gritty nature. After his defeat from Zoom, Barry was unsure if he could protect Kendra (Ciara Renee) from the immortal Vandal Savage. Bet you never thought you would see time-travel in an Arrow episode, did you? This crossover was the he prefect sequel, setup, to DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

2) Is That Kid Flash?

In Running To Stand Still, this was the Christmas episode that was both bittersweet and heartwarming. Not only did Weather Wizard (Liam McIntyre), Trickster (Mark Hamill) and Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) return, Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) arrived at Barry's doorstep. I sense there will be tension between Wally and Barry since he's referred to as "the white shadow." To make matters worse, Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) willing to betray Barry in order for Zoom to give him back his daughter.

1) Why Patty Why!?!

It's funny how Cisco (Carlos Valdes) has an arch-enemy, The Turtle, that Barry didn't even know about. But then the laughs went away in Potential Energy when Patty Spivot (Shantel VanSanten) revealed she was leaving. There was nothing Barry could do to make her stay. Whether or not you liked Patty, you have to admit Shantel VanSanten did look gorgeous in her dress to the ball. To make matters worse, Harrison

The Flash continues Season 2 on Tuesdays at 8pm on the CW.
