King and Accola met at a Super Bowl party and her co-star Nina Dobrev helped the actress give the rocker her phone number. Accola told People, "I was too chicken to give him my number, so Nina did."

Candice later starred in The Fray's music video for the song, "Love Don't Lie."

The couple got married in New Orleans in 2014 after getting engaged in 2013. Her Vampire Diaries co-stars Dobrev and Paul Wesley were in attendance.

They announced they were expecting in August in a sweet Instagram post. The image shows the actress with her husband and her stepdaughters, Ava and Elise.

Baby Florence was actually blessed by Pope Francis during his visit to the United States last year. She shared the special moment in an Instagram post.  Accola told People magazine of the experience, "My husband’s band got to perform for the event in Philadelphia on Saturday night. I was there just supporting him and them, and it was such an honor to have a moment with the pope."
