Johnny Depp's daughter with former partner Vanessa Paradis, Lily-Rose, has been making a name for herself as a model in the past year, besides opening up about her sexuality to reveal she was somewhere on the LGBTQ spectrum. Now, the teenage Depp is giving us a glimpse into her acting chops, appearing on this year's Sundance Film Festival with a brand new project: Yoga Hosers, directed by Kevin Smith.

According to The Huffington Post, the celebrity teen stepped out in the iconic indie festival last Sunday, looking as glamorous as one would expect from any Chanel model, even though she was just wearing black shoes and pants with a white tee. Still, she turned heads over her classy look as well as how much her chosen style paired up with that of her famous dad because of one iconic detail: a scarf.

In any case, the young Depp's new film, her first major role in a movie, co-stars her close friend, and director's daughter, Harley Quinn Smith, and her own dad, Johnny. The star-filled cast also includes Justin Long, Academy Award-nominee Haley Joel Osment and Marvel icon Stan Lee.

While the film was heavily buzzed over the two celebrity teens, UK's The Telegraph reports that the reception hasn't been nearly as kind as expected. Right after the film's premiere, a Yoga Hosers clip was released online and nobody seemed too interested in it, with people taking to social media to complain about the film's look, particularly panning the "teen" dialogue, written by 45-year-old Smith, for being unrealistic.

The movie, described as a "horror comedy," and it's about two teens who work as clerks (obviously a recurring theme for director Smith) and must suddenly battle an "ancient evil" to go to a party.

This is only the young Depp's first movie project. This year, she'll also star in a French-language Isadora Duncan biopic, La Danseuse, as well as playing Natalie Portman's sister in the film Planetarium. Hopefully, these get a better reception.
