Why Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut's Rumored Relationship Ended

Bollywood hunk Hrithik Roshan and Queen actress, Kangana Ranaut, were unofficially dating each other. The couple never publicly acknowledged their relationship but now that they have parted ways, several reports are emerging from sources close to the stars explaining the real reason behind their break-up.

Roshan was deeply in love with his childhood sweetheart, Sussanne Khan, and even got married just after the release of his debut film, Kaho Na...Pyaar Hai. But things did not work between them and after spending 17 years together, the couple decided to end their marriage. At the time of their break-up, several media portals suggested that the couple parted ways because Khan did not like Roshan's closeness with Hollywood actress, Barbara Mori, with whom he shared the screen with in the 2010 Spanish/English film, Kites. However, recent reports suggests that Roshan was seeing Ranaut at that time, but the couple never admitted it.

No one in the film fraternity knew about their relationship and the reason behind their break-up. Until now!

According to Bollywood Life, Roshan's attitude towards Ranaut led the actress to end the relationship. The report suggests that the rumored relationship ended as Bang Bang actor, Roshan, made Ranaut look like a stalker and it made Ranaut very angry and upset.

"Kangana is upset because Hrithik is making her look like a stalker who chased him. But the fact is that he too was equally involved and there is no denying that. Her recent outburst only came when he started making statements implying that they were never together."

The couple became the highlight of the tinsel town when it was reported by DNA India that Roshan asked the makers of Aashiqui 3 not to cast Ranaut opposite him as he was not too comfortable working with her. At a recent press event, when a reporter asked the actress about this, the Tanu Weds Manu actress refuted the rumors but also made a bold statement. The actress was quoted by PinkVilla as:

"Yes, many lame rumours are doing rounds, even a dumb ass can tell where these rumours are coming from. I don't know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me that chapter is over and I don't dig graves."

When Roshan found out about Ranaut's bold statement, he took to Twitter to clarify the matter and wrote that he would rather have an affair with the Pope than the woman the media is talking about. Although Roshan did not name any name, it was quiet clear to whom he was referring.
