Lionsgate Home Entertainment takes a chance on love with their hilarious romantic comedy movie, Man Up. Check out the special features from the romantic flick starring Lake Bell and Simon Pegg as the movie hits DVD and Blu-Ray on its official release date.

According to the plot synopsis, Man Up follows Nancy (Bell), who happens to be a charming but awkward single woman. Nancy is determined to add spontaneity to her otherwise boring love life. Following new rules, Nancy spontaneously accepts a blind date from a misinformed stranger, Jack (Pegg). She discovers that giving love a second chance can actually lead to the most unexpected of romances. This is a romantic comedy set during one night, involving two people, and a first date like you wouldn't believe.

In an interview with Independent UK, The How to Make It In America actress reveals what it takes to make the prefect romantic comedy, ""I think the key to a great romcom is to not fight against the genre," she explains. "The trend more recently has been to apologise, or be snarky, so it's an anti-rom com. Just lean in and embrace the fact it's a love story and it's funny and it's light. It can still be uber-smart and deal with zeitgeist issues."

The special features on the Blu-Ray and DVD include a Gag Reel, a Pegg and Bell Interview clips, and a "The Seven Beats of Man Up" Featurette.

In an interview with Coming Soon, the Shaun of the Dead comedian describes his co-star, "I've worked with some great comedy actresses in the past like Kristen Wiig, who I just think is the best, but Lake Bell did have comedy chops, and she was up for batting around the script in a very fast and furious way.... I mean, not like the "Fast and Furious" movies obviously. But kind of mad-cap, machine-gun dialogue kind of way. She seems to do that quite well."

Man Up arrives in stores on Blu-ray and DVD on February 2.
