Not only does the queen of pop Beyonce Knowles Carter have a new single "Formation" and took to the stage to perform during halftime at the Super Bowl 50. What's most shocking is that the savvy business woman and mega-superstar took the reigns from former manager Lee Ann Callahan Olongo and hired a new team to oversee her massive entertainment career.

On Saturday, when Bey dropped song Formation on Tidal as a free download, says People, she included a video with the annoucement. There was no advanced notice of the release and it seems the only promotion so far, were the three Instagram pictures and the halftime performance. Queen Bey seems to be one step ahead when it comes to the business of her music career.

The "No Angel" crooner ended a 10-year business relationship with Olongo and hired former JP Morgan Chase executive, Steve Pamon to her company, Parkwood Entertainment. Publicist Yvette Noel-Schure statement to Page Six confirmed, "Last year, Parkwood Entertainment created new departments and recruited new executives from the tech, business, and entertainment sectors who joined the team to help grow Parkwood and its interests," Noel Schure added, "Some senior staffers were given the opportunity to reposition and stay on. Some members...awakened [to] new interests and decided to follow personal routes."

While Parkwood Entertainment has the ablilty to be a multi-billion dollar business, the entertainment company governs the Grammy award winnners music production, artist management, tours, apparel, motion pictures, including specials. Mrs. Carter has one last album to turn in to Colombia Records before she is free to find another recording label or sell her music independently. This could be the beginning of the end of Bey's reign at Colombia.
