Looks like Leonardo DiCaprio is going to have to find another way to stay cool during the 2016 Oscars awards. The actor was famously caught vaping at his table at the SAG Awards last weekend. Not only did this anger the American Lung Association, who was "deeply troubled" by the news, but now it's being reported that all smoking, including vaping, will not be tolerated at the Oscars on Feb. 28.

The American Lung Association said on Monday that it was "deeply troubled" by the actor's use of the vape in public. "Without Food and Drug Administration regulation and review, we simply don't know what's in e-cigarettes," the ALA said in a statement. "However, in initial lab tests conducted in 2009, the FDA found detectable levels of toxic, cancer-causing chemicals - including an ingredient used in antifreeze ... There is no evidence that shows e-cigarettes emissions (secondhand aerosol) are safe for non-users to inhale," the organization said.

TMZ also points out that it is currently illegal to smoke vape pens in Los Angeles in places such as bars, restaurants and other public places. However, the law makes an exception to theatrical production sites.

Now, TMZ is reporting that the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences (aka the guys behind the Academy Awards) is banning all smoking, including vaping, in the Dolby Theater where the Oscars will be held in a few weeks. The outlet notes that there will be designated smoking areas outside the theater.

DiCaprio is currently the odds-on favorite to win his first acting Oscar at this year's Academy Awards. He is nominated in the Best Actor category for his work in The Revenant. DiCaprio has previously taken home the honor at all of the major awards so far this year, including the Golden Globes and the SAG Awards.

The winners of this year's Oscars will be announced during a live broadcast on ABC on Feb. 28.
