The dramatic saga of Madonna and Guy Ritchie's custody battle over their oldest son, Rocco, continues. A New York court has now delayed the dates on which the two stars were to appear to discuss the fate of Rocco until he turns 18.  In the meantime, Madonna is apparently accusing Ritchie of brainwashing Rocco against her.

According to People Magazine, the New York Supreme Court has delayed the hearing regarding the teen's custody for a full month. Originally scheduled for last Wednesday, now the Queen of Pop and her British director husband are due to appear in court on March 2.

It's still unclear why the court dates were switched, but The Daily Mail reports that it is believed that Madonna and Ritchie might be trying to settle this issue outside of court for the time being, and require a little more space.

Madonna's son was accompanying her mother on her Rebel Heart tour, but it seems he ultimately got sick of the road and he has been living with his dad in London since last December, refusing to go back home to the U.S. for the holidays. While a judge ordered him to return to his mom in the U.S. last year, young Ritchie hasn't moved from his dad's UK home.

Perez Hilton reports that the current situation with Rocco has greatly affected Madonna, and an insider shared that the "Material Girl" is worried Ritchie could be badmouthing her to their son while he's staying there.

"Madonna thinks Guy is turning her son against her. He's telling Rocco he should stay with him. It seems like he's trying to brainwash the kid," said someone close to her.

It seems there's a core difference between the two stars' parenting styles, with Madonna greatly focusing on the children's education while Ritchie has a more laid-back approach to it, telling Rocco he can quit school now if that's what he prefers.
