Bryce Dallas Howard already has several successful movies like Jurassic Park and The Help, but it looks like the Golden Globe nominee has decided to move to television. And it's not just any TV show; Howard has just joined Alice Eve of ''Star Trek: Into Darkness'' in an episode for the Netflix series Black Mirror!

According to Deadline, Howard and Eve will star in a special episode that will be directed by Pan's Joe Wright. Although the description for the Black Mirror episode has not yet been revealed, the screenplay will undoubtedly be written by series creator Charlie Brooker.

The Emmy Award-winning Black Mirror initially aired on Channel 4 and has run for 2 seasons. In 2015, Netflix commissioned Brooker and his company House of Tomorrow to work on 12 more episodes which will hopefully air later this year.

Howard and Eve are not the first big Hollywood names who will star in a Black Mirror episode. The Christmas Special featured Mad Men actor Jon Hamm and former Game of Thrones actress Oona Chaplin. The episode "Be Right Back" boasted of the brilliant pair-up of Agent Carter star Hayley Atwell and Domhnall Gleeson of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Toby Kebbell, who will play Durotan in this year's Warcraft, starred in the episode "The Entire History of You."

Black Mirror's dark themes and futuristic stories have already been involved in a recent controversy. Fans have pointed out the similarity between "The National Anthem" (where Rory Kinnear's British Prime Minister is forced to have sex with a pig) and the David Cameron incident that happened when the real Prime Minister was still a student. Brooker has denied any previous knowledge of Cameron's past and insists that the episode was not based on the incident.

The third season of Black Mirror is expected to air on Netflix later in 2016.
