In music news that is rather strange, the handler and manager for Metallica and the Red Hot Chili Peppers has come out and said he wants to spank pop star Justin Bieber. The association of the Justin Bieber with the manager for Metallica is strange enough, but saying he would spank the "Boyfriend" singer to get him in line takes weird to a whole new level. It is understandable though that Peter Mensch isn't impressed with Bieber's recent behavior.

If anyone is going to spank Bieber, I'm sure it would be his mother that would handle that type of thing, but even that would be weird considering Bieber is a 19-year-old with his own mansion. However, Bieber's recent behavior has been a bit shocking. One could argue, Bieber could use some tough love after he has reportedly been caught speeding around his neighborhood and getting into altercations with neighbors.

The 60-year-old Mensch reportedly told The Sun that he has warned Bieber that his antics would ruin his career. "His manager Scooter Braun is scared s***less," said Mensch. "I don't know what Bieber's problem is. His career is over in three years anyway." According to The Sun, Mensch also said, what will likely become a punchline for many late night talk show hosts. "I'd take Bieber to the woodshed and spank him." Maybe spanking him may be going a bit far, but I think most people understand what Mensch is trying to say. Bieber needs to get his act together before he turns into the next Vanilla Ice.

Not only is Bieber possibly facing chargers for allegedly spitting on his California neighbor, but according to The Sun, Bieber could face a fine for smuggling his pet monkey into Munich. Since performing in London, Bieber has been receiving a lot of criticism for his immature behavior. Could it be the singer is having a meltdown? Let us know what you think by commenting below.
