The verdict has come in and George Zimmerman has been found not-guilty of second-degree murder and manslaughter charges. Zimmerman was a neighborhood watch in his Florida town when he shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. The trial, which has been taking place the last month or so has sparked heated debate over race, profiling, and the stand your ground law that Zimmerman used as his defense. Kyle Massey, a Disney star, maybe known best for his role on the TV show "That's So Raven" has been rumored to be diagnosed with cancer. However, is this just a Twitter and/or Facebook hoax? Massey, a 21-year-old, rapper, actor, singer from Atlanta, Georgia was reported to have announced the news on his Facebook page back in May. On Sunday July 14th (today) PopStopTV reported that a blog site titled "Your Black World" said the star mentioned he had cancer on his Facebook page. However, this appears to be a hoax. WWE's Money in the Bank pay-per-view from Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center takes place tonight (Sunday, July 14). The show features two ladder matches, two championships matches featuring John Cena versus Mark Henry and Alberto Del Rio versus Dolph Ziggler, and Rob Van Dam's return to the WWE. It looks like Britney Spears is ready to reclaim her spot as one of the top pop stars in the world. After being a judge on "X Factor," Spears looks like she is in full music making mode. Spears is rumored to be starting her Las Vegas residency soon and she has a new 2013 album in the works. Spears also just released her "Ooh La La" music video for "Smurfs 2." The video seems to be a hit, which also features her two sons Jayden and Preston. Spears may have a big hit on her hands with her new album as well, which will be produced by British producer William Orbit with production from the Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am according to the Huffington Post. Kanye West has been having a tough week. First, the "Yeezus" rapper lashed out at a TMZ photographer. Then, the video of West flipping out and nearly getting into a fight with the paparazzi went viral (and you can see the video again below). The George Zimmerman trial has been one of the longer and more scrutinized trials in recent memory. 17-year-old teenager, Trayvon Martin, was shot and killed by former neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman. Ever since that fatal night, the country has been captivated by the case. Zimmerman's trial has finally concluded, with everyone seemingly standing by as a six-woman jury goes over the evidence and decides whether or not Zimmerman is guilty of either second-degree murder or manslaughter. With news that Sam Mendes will be back to direct the next and 24th installment of the James Bond 007 movie franchise, rumors have been swirling as to who will play Bond in the follow up to 2012's successful "Skyfall" movie. Don't worry Bond fans, Daniel Craig, who has portrayed hte British spy in the last few movies, has been confirmed as the next James Bond. However, there has been speculation about who will eventually take over for Craig. One name to watch is "Pacific Rim" star Idris Elba. Potential summer blockbuster "Pacific Rim" opened on Friday to mixed reviews. Actually, there were a lot of bad reviews, but as we know by now, that doesn't necessarily mean the movie will fail at the box office. However, according to Forbes, it looks like "Pacific Rim" is on its way to disappointing box office results in its opening weekend. What is the latest on the George Zimmerman trial? Not much as of early Saturday morning. The six-person jury, consisting of all women, wrapped up their first few hours of deliberation Friday evening and are expected to return to deliberation Saturday morning at 9am. The nation has been captivated by the case, which has seen the state trying to prosecute Zimmerman of second-degree murder in the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. A crowd has reportedly already gathered outside the Seminole County courthouse in Florida, with a very pro-Trayvon Martin group of protestors voicing their opinion.
