UFC women's fighter Ronda Rousey seems to be the next big female MMA star. The current UFC Bantamweight women's champion, Rousey is 7-0 and has held the title since November 2012. Rousey is also the newest coach for UFC's "The Ultimate Fighter." Season 18 of the show has finished taping and is set to debut in September on Fox Sports 1. 18-year-old rapper Lil Snupe, who was shot to death nearly two weeks ago, was laid to rest on Saturday. The Inquisitr reports that the teenage rapper's funeral was overflowing with family, friends, and fans. The funeral took place at the Jonesboro-Hodge High School auditorium, with hundreds of people reportedly showing up early to mourn the death of Adderran Ross. The Dream Chasers artist and Meek Mill protégé was allegedly gunned down by 36-year-old Tony D. Holden. NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. had a busy couple days. The driver won the Kentucky Speedway pole position Friday afternoon heading into this weekend's Quaker State 400 race. The race was originally scheduled for Saturday evening, but rain postponed it to Sunday (today) at noon. Lady Gaga aka “Mother Monster” has been sidelined with her hip surgery over the last few months. However, the pop superstar and outspoken supporter of gay rights made sure she showed up at this weekend’s 2013 NYC Gay Pride Weekend festivities. Gaga gave a touching speech and even sang a lyrically altered a capella version of the National Anthem Friday night at the Gay Pride Weekend Rally to open up the week’s festivities. By now you've probably heard about actor Alec Baldwin's angry Twitter rant in response to a Daily Mail journalist falsely reporting that his wife Hilaria was tweeting while they were in attendance at James Gandolfini's funeral. The latest is that Baldwin has apologized for his remarks, specifically to GLAAD for making what some perceived as homophobic comments while tweeting. However, Slim Shady himself recently opened up that he almost was dead at one point after getting addicted to prescription drugs. The "8 Mile" star revealed in a new documentary "How to Make Money Selling Drugs" that he almost died during one overdose. There is some bad news for fans of ABC sitcom "Happy Endings." The show starring Zachary Knighton, Casey Wilson, Elisha Cuthbert, Damon Wayans Jr., Eliza Coupe and Adam Pally was cancelled by the network back in May and now it looks like there is little hope for a second network swooping in to save the day. Fans had been hoping that another network such as USA or TBS would pick up the show and continue with season 4. It looks like NASCAR fans have a new feud to follow. Danica Patrick and former driver and now TV analyst Kyle Petty have found themselves in a back and forth, war of the words. While appearing on the Speed Channel's NASCAR RaceHub program said that Patrick is "not a race car driver." Ever since Patrick had entered the NASCAR scene fans, experts, and drivers have debated whether Patrick is good or just a publicity machine. The "Lose Yourself" rapper has shielded himself from the spotlight for some time now, but with rumors of a new 2013 album set to be released at some point this summer and a few concerts coming up, "Slim Shady" is making his way back into the headlines.
