Rapper Ludacris was involved in a night club brawl Friday night in Atlanta. Videos have surfaced showing the fight at Atlanta night club Prive. Ludacris and his girlfriend Eudoxie were alright as the rapper posted various Vine videos mocking the incident and reports that they were injured. There were reports that Ludacris and/or his girlfriend had been hit in the head with a bottle, but after seeing the Vine videos (below), it seems as though both are fine. Read More »
Veteran rockers Black Sabbath are back on top again. The Ozzy Osbourne led British rock band is topping the UK album charts with 13. 43 years after their last number one album, Black Sabbath's 2013 album is on top once again. 13 is the band's first studio album in 35 years and this weekend they reached number one in the UK according to the Official Charts Company. You may know the music group Fifth Harmony from their time on season 2 of the "X Factor." They are quickly becoming one of the most popular pop groups of 2013. Miley Cyrus has been in the news quite a bit recently. Miley has made headlines for everything from being out at the club twerking to her rumored hookup (or possibly just flirting) with Justin Bieber. It all started with Bieber and Cyrus being spotted together in Los Angeles last weekend at Beacher's Madhouse where TMZ reported the two were flirting. Cyrus and Bieber reportedly left the club around 2am and TMZ also has video of someone driving a leopard print car. The big news in Hollywood for this Father's Day weekend of June14 to 16 was the opening of the latest Superman movie "Man of Steel." The film came into the weekend with huge expectations from Warner Bros. with a whole new cast, including Henry Cavill as the new Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and a number of other big name stars such as Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe, and Kevin Costner. A woman was shot late Saturday night (June 15) at the Potawatomi casino in Milwaukee according to various sources. WISN reports that the shooting occurred around 1:30am, technically Sunday morning, when a 27-year-old man shot his 23-year-old girlfriend in the leg. The woman was taken to the hospital and the injuries are reportedly not considered life threatening. Read More »
WWE's June wrestling pay-per-view is Payback. The show is taking place in Chicago, IL from Allstate Arena. The show officially starts at 8/5c on pay-per-view; however, there is a pre-show called "Payback Kick-Off" beginning at 7:30pm ET. Back in February, Melissa McCarthy had a hit new comedy out in theaters alongside Jason Bateman called "Identity Thief." The movie had done well at the box office during its opening weekend and McCarthy had a lot to be happy with. Unfortunately, she also had to deal with some mean spirited comments directed towards her from New York Observer film critic Rex Reed. The veteran movie critic ripped a part "Identity Thief" and made some comments many felt were personal attacks against McCarthy and her weight. McCarthy, known for her roles in "Bridesmaids" and "Mike and Molly" found herself the target of a harsh review. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West weren't the only ones to say hello to a new baby this week. Selena Gomez's mom Mandy Cornett and stepdad Brian Teefey also welcomed a baby girl earlier this week. The name of the new baby girl was a mystery up until recently when the "Come and Get It" singer spilled the news via her Twitter. On Friday, Gomez tweeted, "Momma, Brian, and me are all so grateful for all your well wishes. My lil sissy Gracie Elliot Teefey was born on June 12th. Luv you all XO." Read More »
Well now that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a new bundle of joy in their life, everyone is wondering what they will call their baby. Kim gave birth to a baby girl Saturday (June 15) morning about a month earlier than her expected delivery date. According to Zap2It, Kanye West cancelled a Friday appearance at a listening party because Kim said she was feeling a little off. Could pop super band One Direction be breaking up? Well, rumors are swirling about a breakup after band member Harry Styles' new solo song leaked online.
