San Antonio Spurs All-Star forward Tim Duncan is in the middle of a championship run and is dealing with some off the court drama as well. The likely future NBA Hall-of-Fame player known as the "Big Fundamental" is currently resting up with his Spurs teammates to face either the Indiana Pacers or Miami Heat in the 2012-2013 NBA Championship. Finally, after a seven-year hiatus from television, "Arrested Development" returned for season 4 on Netflix. Every single one of the new season's episodes premiered on Netflix early Sunday morning at 3am Eastern, 12am Pacific. The shows return to TV has been heavily promoted by Netflix over the past few weeks. The famous Bluth Banana Stand even made stops in major cities around the world. Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Tony Hale, Portia De Rossi and others made the usual rounds to promote season 4. So far, reviews have been mixed with some loving the new season and some not impressed. Legendary rocker John Fogerty has a highly anticipated new album coming out. "Wrote a Song For Everone" is set to be released May 28, 2013 with a number of high profile collaborations. Fogerty re-records a number of his Creedence Clearwater Revival hits with the likes of Kid Rock, Bob Seger, the Foo Fighters, Miranda Lambert and more. Ever since Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter started releasing teaser videos of their single "Get Lucky," fans have been craving more. The record setting album features collaborations from the likes of Pharrell Williams, Niles Rodgers, Panda Bear and others. Hip hop mogul and former minority owner of the NBA's Brooklyn Nets, Jay-Z, made an interesting career move when he decided to become a sports agent. It seems that his new career may be causing some controversy within the NFL. According to the NFL.com, the NFL players union is investigating Jay-Z's recruitment of New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith. There is some happy news from the sports world this Memorial Day weekend. Former Super Bowl winning head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers received great news last week when he found out his daughter got engaged to former Duke forward Ryan Kelly. The Duke basketball player helped lead his team to the NCAA championship game against Louisville this past season after returning from an injury. Kelly announced the engagement to the world on Twitter last week. Along with a picture of the engagement ring, @RyanKelly34 tweeted, "The love of my life @lindsaycowher said yes! #sohappy #blessed." 50 years after surviving a deadly B-52 bomber crash in northern Maine, retired Air Force captain Gerald Adler met up with the man that saved his life. On January 24, 1963 a B-52 bomber suffered turbulence that snapped off the plane's vertical stabilizer, causing it to crash on Elephant Mountain. Seven people on that plane died, but Adler along with the pilot, Lot. Col. Dan Bulli were able to survive. Bullie and Adler had to endure more than 20 hours in five feet of snow in below freezing temperatures. According to the Detroit Free Press, Eminem's song publisher is suing Facebook and its ad agency for infringing on “Slim Shady's” copyright. "American Idol" is about to go through some major changes heading into season 13. After disappointing ratings during season 12, the show will reportedly be bringing on all new judges for the next season after the Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban, and Mariah Carey judging experiment failed.
