Getting away from all the Justin Bieber off stage drama like his on-again off-again relationship with Selena Gomez and getting booed at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, there is actually some news about a possible new collaboration with Miley Cyrus. Could it be for a new Justin Bieber album? Also coming up is the North American leg of Bieber's "Believe" tour, as well as the DVD documentary "Justin Bieber: Always Believing" which hits store shelves June 18.

According to a report from E! Online, Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber are rumored to be collaborating on new music together. Cyrus was reportedly spotted leaving Bieber's Hollywood recording studio. A source told E! Online that the two singers have something in the works. Are they working on music for a new Cyrus album or Bieber album? Keep checking Mstars as we keep you up to date on the latest Bieber music news.

Bieber is also about to start the North American leg of his "Believe" tour. The massive tour starts June 22 in San Diego and will stop by over 30 cities in about seven weeks.

News also broke a few days ago that Bieber's single "Baby" was just named the biggest selling single in U.S. history. However, it appears that Bieber's new title was because of a recent rule change by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Sir Elton John's "Candle in the Wind" was overtaken after officials allowed video views to count towards the end number. According to a report from 3AW 693 News Talk, now for every 100 video views, it counts as one sale. So "Baby's" 859 views equal 8.5 million sales. This helped make Bieber's "Baby" single the highest selling single in history.
