Former Cincinnati Bengals star Chad Johnson is known to be something of an eccentric dude; he does things his way. After all, he is the guy who at one time legally changed his name to the number on the back of his jersey--but then did so in spanish (Ochocinco). But his latest revelation takes things to another level.

On Wednesday, the six time Pro Bowler galavanted around ESPN with his good friend Terrell Owens. While putting in some face time on the popular show Mike & Mike, Ochocinco--I mean, Johnson--took the time to disclose one of his rehabilitation remedies. Specifically, with his ankles. It's somewhat delicate, so we'll come right out with it: he stuck his ankles in urine.

This is not a joke. He really did this. Listen.

"I collect warm urine from my teammates, heat it up, and put my ankle in it for 30 minutes," Johnson said.

Voila! Ankles healed! (It is noteworthy to point out that this, while totally unique and perhaps more than a little off putting, isn't backed by science. At least not yet.)

As for Owens, he discussed his lack of inclusion on this year's NFL Hall of Fame ballot--his first eligible year to be inducted.

"I'm a guy that understands expectations of reality, so I'm not disappointed to be honest. If anything, I probably feel more disrespected than disappointed," said Owens. "Other than that, I am happy for the guys that's in there. There's going to be other opportunities. If that situation arises, maybe I'll get in."

What Owens really meant by all that: how dare you NFL, after all I've done for this league you give me the cold shoulder faster than you can say could shoulder! Or something like that, at least.

All in all it was a pretty eventful--and yet, somehow not all that unordinary--day for Owens and Johnson.
