The CW network continues Season 4 of Arrow. Does Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) know the future of Olicity, as the Green Arrow, aka Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) take on Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough)?

In our previous recap, Felicity had her hands full with The Calculator (Tom Amandes) and his web nuke. With Roy Harper (Colton Hayes)'s life in danger, Felicity suddenly realized The Calculator's master plan wasn't to take down the Internet; it was to take out the city's electrical grid. It was smarts taking on smarts, as Felicity and The Calculator worked their magic on the keyboards. Though Felicity was victorious, she never expected The Calculator to actually be her long lost father.

In our recent recap, Felicity finally met with her long-lost father, who revealed himself as The Calculator. The League of Assassins were at war as Nyssa (Katrina Law) and Malcolm fought each other for ownership. With Thea's life at stake, Oliver fought with Malcolm, sliced his hand off, and took the sacred ring away from his finger. To spite her dead father, Nyssa decided in the end to disband the League of Assassins. Wanting revenge, Malcolm revealed Oliver's secret and gave Damien the name of his son.

According to Bleeding Cool, the Torchwood actor sits down with DC All-Access to discuss what's in store for the fourth season of Arrow. Barrowman reveals that he perceives Malcolm as "a misunderstood hero" in the CW. superhero series. The Doctor Who actor hints at the little green vial around Malcolm's neck

With The Dark Archer digital comic coming up, Barrowman adds, "We decided that we would take what we knew, but we were also going to build on it. We weren't going to go back too far. We wanted to hit between season three and season four of Arrow."

Arrow continues its fourth season Wednesdays 8pm on the CW.
