Empire fans get ready! FOX's hit show is back and by the looks of it the drama is at an all-time high. Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) is back with a vengeance and is determined to get her family and the business back in working order, no matter what the cost.

Last season we saw as some family members become close while others have drifted apart. Lucious (Terrence Howard), who was released from jail due to suspicion of murder, was determined to get back at his family members who turned their back on him.

Although Lucious was able to rise above the feds attempt to take down Empire, his business partner who he trusted, Mimi Whiteman (Marisa Tomei), was playing Lucious all along. Towards the dramatic end of the first half of the second season, Lucious learns that Mimi had plans for Empire that Lucious had no future in.

In the trailer, you see the struggle of the family getting used to their new normal with the "empire" bring out of their hands so to speak. Lucious cannot come to terms with the fact that Camilla (Naomi Campbell), his son's cougar ex-girlfriend, managed to slip her way in and get control of the company from under his fingers, while Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) is becoming the CEO of the company his relationship with his father Lucious is still strained. He is warned by Jamal (Jussie Smollet) to be careful and to not let the power change him.

Cookie is known to be outspoken, witty and all about business. Although she has had her ups and downs with Lucious, she realizes that Camilla having control over Empire is simply bad for business and the family. Judging by the trailer, Cookie has all intentions of getting back what rightfully belongs to the Lyon family, Empire.

Luckily for us the show creators have decided to put us out of our agony and the show will be returning to our television screens on March 30.

If you will be unable to make it in front of a television set to see the show have no fear. The good folks over at FOX have provided a live stream for the show where you can watch on their website at fox.com/empire.

Are you guys excited for the return of Empire? Will you be watching? Let us know down below!
