USA Network continues with the premiere of their sci-fi drama, Colony. In episode 8, are Will (Josh Holloway) and Katie Bowman (Sarah Wayne Callies) ready to figure out what lies In From the Cold?

In The Factory, men and women, including Will's friend, are eating dinner while wearing yellow containment suits. Being held prisoner, Will's friend stares out the window, staring at the Earth. This is the part where your mind is blown; he's in outer-space!

During breakfast, Will and Katie reveal to their kids that their missing brother is still alive. Will explains he is working for the government to bring him back, but his son is too angry to believe him. Proxy Snyder (Peter Jacobson) meets with Helena (Ally Walker) to discuss his performance review. The Chief Minister eyes Snyder under a microscope, due to his kidnapping and the insurrections.

Katie tells Rachel (Kim Rhodes) that she wants out of the rebellion. Back at the office, Beau (Carl Weathers) is looking over Broussard (Tory Kittles)'s files, trying to find a clue. The rebel leader, Quayle (Paul Guilfoyle), calls Will's number, telling him Katie is his leak. Beau knows something is up with Will when he leaves the room abruptly.

Will ends up taking a ride on the bus and spots the rebel leader. Willing to sell out his own people, the rebel leader wants to negotiate a deal, in exchange for keeping Katie's name out. While Broussard is hired to execute a new operation, Will confides in his partner about the leak. It's a dangerous game they have to play now.

Snyder tells Will that he wants to meet with the rebel leader. During the night, the rebel leader encounters Broussard, who has his doubts about Katie and Geronimo. Back at home, Katie continues her argument, but Will is unable to put on his poker-face. Katie is surprised to hear that the leader is willing to sell out Broussard.

Elsewhere, Will's son and his teacher notice something is going on in the surface of the moon. At the back of her bar, Katie tells Broussard that he is going to be betrayed. The two though have enough reason not to trust each other.

The rebel leader continues his lies, ordering Broussard to stop communicating with Katie. During their meet, Snyder and Will negotiate a deal with the rebel leader. The leader wants a pass that can get him through any wall. As soon as he gets the pass and transportation, Will has to escort him out of the colony.

At the flea market, Broussard discovers he's been tricked when Katie notices the military soldiers. Katie screams as Rachel is shot dead by the military soldier. Will realizes the operation was a complete failure, but Jennifer (Kathleen Rose Perkins) has everything on Quayle's true identity.

Will asks Quayle why he recruited his wife in the rebellion. After getting his answers, Will shoots Quayle at point-blank range. Beau knows the next step is the cover-up. Will and Beau then convince Snyder that Broussard is the killer behind Quayle's murder.

Sharing a beer with his partner, Beau wonders how long their story will hold up. Katie grieves for Rachel as she is publicly hung and deemed a terrorist.  Back at home, Will continues his lies with Katie.
