Fans might be holding their breath until the return of The Flash Season 2 after the shocking reveal of Zoom's identity in the episode "King Shark." Now it looks like Grant Gustin is trying to make up for the wait by teasing about the possible return of John Wesley Shipp as Henry Allen in the show!

Gustin recently shared a new picture on Instagram that shows Shipp sitting in what looks like a cabin with his hands folded together and a thoughtful look on his face. The man who plays Barry Allen added a touching caption that reflected his admiration for the former TV Flash.

"At some point in the history of time, I sat across from this beautiful, kind & giving man that plays my father on television. That is when I took this picture," Gustin wrote before dropping a major tease about what could happen in a future The Flash episode.

"This moment will in fact be on television at some point. But when? And what the F is happening? Other than John Wesley Shipp looking GQ af," he wrote.

But what could possibly make Henry come back to Central City after all this time? It may have a lot to do with his son reaching out for help. There is a possibility that Barry decides to look for Henry in hopes of some guidance after the death of Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears) in "Escape from Earth-2."

There is also a possibility that Henry has decided to return to help Barry in figuring out how to open the breach back to Earth-2.

Find out what happens next when The Flash Season 2 returns to The CW with the episode "Trajectory" on March 22.
