With nearly four years in the film industry, actor Arjun Kapoor hasn't gotten an opportunity to sway on the tunes of his favourite singer, Sonu Nigam. The actor, who will soon be seen in R Balki's Ki & Ka, and expressed his desire of performing on a track crooned by Nigam in his upcoming films.

During a music award event, Kapoor stated that Nigam's song, "Bol Na Halke-Halke" from Jhoom Barabar Jhoom is his favorite song. The Gunday star was quoted by The Indian Express as responding:

"Sonu is my favourite singer. He has never given his voice to me for a film, so I hope it happens soon... I'll request him that next time if there is a chance, I would like him to be my voice."

So far, the famous singers of Bollywood including Arijit Singh, Bappi Lahiri, Shankar Mahadevan and Vishal Dadlani have sung for Kapoor. While sharing about the much-loved track from his film Ki & Ka, the 30-year-old actor tagged the recently released song "Ji Huzoori" by Mithoon.

Talking about "Ji Huzoori," Kapoor stated that the lines of the song talk about the reality of the present day situation that is faced by many couples.

"Nowadays our relationships suffer because everybody says that there is no time, but that doesn't mean that you don't love that person... So I really like that song."

Written, directed and produced by the Paa famed filmmaker R Balki, Ki & Ka is a twisted romantic comedy film. It exhibits the story of a young couple, where the husband prefers to stay at home and work likes a housewife, and the wife prefers to go to work and earn for the family. It's just like swapping their roles, ignoring the beliefs or rules of the Indian society.

Along with Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan plays the lead in the film. The romantic drama is slated for release on April 01, 2016.
