'Daredevil' Season 2 Final Trailer: Frank Castle/The Punisher, Elektra Netflix Premiere

Netflix is just days away from the official premiere date for the upcoming Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil. In the final trailer of the sophomore season, check out Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), Frank Castle aka The Punisher (Jon Bernthal), and Elektra Natchios (Elodie Young) as their live-action comic book counterparts.

We previously mentioned, Netflix announced the second season of the Man Without Fear series. With executive producer Steven S. DeKnight stepping down, new showrunners Doug Petrie (American Horror Story) and Marco Ramirez (Sons of Anarchy) have taken over the reins. The man without fear continues his crime-fighting adventures after defeating Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio), which nearly came with a heavy cost.

The former Walking Dead actor will portray their most popular characters. The Punisher and Daredevil will become at odds over the differences between justice and vengeance. Known as the Greek Girl, Elektra (Elodie Yung) makes a surprise return into Murdock's life.

According to Forbes, Netflix has dropped an all-new trailer before the premiere. Loaded with shootouts and martial arts action, there is just about everything you should expect from this Marvel superhero drama. There ominous shots of The Punisher, Daredevil spitting blood onto the floor, and Elektra wielding her deadly weapons.

As the site states, "Daredevil Season 2 looks like it's going to be doubling down on that concept, following in the footsteps of Jessica Jones and continuing to build out this nastier Marvel Comic Universe being built on Netflix."
