Secret cameos seem to be appearing in every episode of The Walking Dead Season 6. After the unexpected appearance of Johnny Depp's decapitated head in "Not Tomorrow Yet," the infamous set from Saw has been used as the "kill floor" when Lauren Cohan's Maggie and Melissa McBride's Carol were held hostage in "The Same Boat"!

The official Walking Dead Twitter account has just shared an image that splices together a scene showing Maggie and Carol on the kill floor with a shot from the bathroom in the first Saw film. The 2004 movie had famously revolved around two men who wake up in the bathroom with a corpse and an invitation to play "a game." The photo was given the caption, "We KNEW last week's episode of #TheWalkingDead looked familiar..."

The set's cameo was certainly a welcome one, as "The Same Boat" turned out to be a truly bloody episode featuring the death of several Saviors including Alicia Witt's Paula she somehow formed a bond with Carol. The episode also showed a different side of Carol, who was trying her best not to kill any more survivors.

The previous episode's cameo was not something that could easily be topped, since it involved the head of an A-list actor. The episode's director and special effects supervisor Greg Nicotero had confirmed that they had made use of the cast of Depp's head to create one of the three zombie heads featured in "Not Tomorrow Yet."

Find out if there is yet another surprise cameo on the sixth season of The Walking Dead, which airs on AMC every Sundays.
