The fourteenth episode of The Walking Dead Season 6 may have featured a yet another shocking death, but it also ended with Carol's (Melissa McBride) unexpected decision to leave Alexandria. However, it looks like Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) are not going to let one of their most important group members go away so easily. But will they be able to find Carol before Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) does?

In "Twice As Far," Carol appeared to have somehow adjusted to life back in Alexandria, but as two groups set out on a supply run and end up losing Denise (Merritt Wever) to the Saviors, she immediately decides that it is time to leave the community. However, her departure could possibly lead to a more dangerous encounter with Negan, unless the group finds her before he does. After all, Carol is responsible for the death of Paula (Alicia Witt), who was an important member of the Saviors.

So is it possible that Negan would do something to Carol if he does find her? The TV series has already taken liberties in following the storylines in the comic books, but also changing which character ends up dead. The death of Denise was certainly an unexpected one, since the character who gets shot in the head by a crossbow in the Robert Kirkman comic book was Abraham.

But what could happen to Carol in the next episodes? There are only two more episodes before the season finale, and the world already knows who will be arriving then. The cast members have already teased the last Season 6 episode, and it certainly sounds like Negan will be introduced in a similar way that the villain made his entrance in the comics. But will he go after Carol instead of Glenn (Steven Yeun)?

Find out what will happen to Carol on the sixth season of The Walking Dead, which airs on AMC every Sunday nights.
