NBC continues continues with the midseason return of Blindspot. Twitter had lots to say about the shocking twists between the mysterious Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander), Tasha Zapata (Audrey Esparza), and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) during their nail-biting sting operation.

In our previous recap, chief inspector Jonas Fisher (John Hodgman) returned to find out who was the mole inside Weller's team. As all the evidence pointed to Jane, Kurt helplessly watched as she was put into custody. Kurt discovered that Fisher was using them all along and he was the mole. As Jane refused to follow any more of Oscar's tasks, Kurt ordered his sister to break off her relationship with Edgar. Knowing Fisher was telling half-truths, Edgar and Bethany have teamed up together to investigate Jane.

In our recent recap, while Jane debated about leaving the FBI, Tasha went undercover to stop a smuggling ring. When she heard Tasha was suddenly missing, Jane jumped in with the rest of the team to find her. Trapped inside a burning building, Tasha rescued the kidnapped women first as Kurt shot down the hostage-takers. While Edgar (Rob Brown) found himself captured, Oscar threatened Jane, telling her the men-in-charge are willing to kill Kurt if she doesn't follow the rules.

In an interview with TV Guide, Esparza dishes on the relationship between Jane and Tasha, "As questionable as Jane the character is to Tasha, I think after this episode she is able to let down her guard and say, you know what? Whatever it is you're bringing, I'm on your side, because clearly it helps these women. In terms of who she is personally, Tasha is a character who very much battles with her own demons. And I think that this experience, as traumatic as it is, may trigger some old habits that she uses as a coping mechanism."

Check out what Twitter had to say:
