'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Custody Setback With Nathan Griffith, Blames MTV For Sickness!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans had quite a weekend filming shows for the new season of her hit reality series, but after allegedly getting sick in New York City she couldn't fly to her custody court date with baby daddy Nathan Griffith. However, it looks like the MTV mom may have partied too much and wasn't feeling well enough to go. On top of that, her contractual obligations to the network also made it difficult to leave.

"Nathan went yesterday," his attorney Megan Milliken told Radar Online. "He drove several hours to be at the mediation orientation."

"I got notification the day before from [Jenelle's] attorney that she was too sick to fly," she went on. "And then she was on television last night all dolled up and on Instagram drinking Champagne."

While the saying goes "Don't bite the hand that feeds you," Jenelle is putting the blame squarely on MTV for missing the mediation over custody of son Kaiser.

"Jenelle was in bed all day and they were threatening her that refusing to film was against her contract," a source told Radar. "Jenelle feels like their puppet and they didn't care how she felt." The sickness, according to the gossip site, included throwing up several times this past weekend.

The Ashley Reality Roundup is reporting that the North Carolina mom got so sick that a nurse had to be called to the set. At first a source told the site, "The producers said they weren't getting Jenelle an ambulance and thought it was ridiculous," but then another source said the network did, in fact, help her.

"...A nurse is currently on set with an IV to help Jenelle recover from her, um, ailment. It's not known (yet) if Jenelle has used the service yet though," The Ashley reported.
