'Bachelor' Winner Lauren Bushnell Wishes Fiance Ben Higgins Happy Birthday on Instagram

America might have fallen in love with Ben Higgins on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of The Bachelorette, but when he took the lead on season 20 of the ABC reality series, it seems that the star only got more endearing to fans. When he picked fan favorite Lauren Bushnell as his final choice, the world watched on in awe and jealousy as Higgins got down on one knee to propose. The couple is still going strong and his new fiancée even took to her social media account to wish her future husband a happy birthday the other day.

Lauren posted an adorable collage of Polaroid pictures of her and Ben together to her Instagram account with the caption, "HBD to this handsome man. So thankful I get to celebrate with you today and forever!"

Awww! Can you get any more sweet? We are hoping that this pair gets to spend their birthdays together forever.

Us Weekly also posted a screenshot of a Snapchat photo that Ben and Lauren took together on his birthday, with Bushnell using one of the hilarious filters to cover her face. Bushnell takes up most of the frame, where she uses one of the filters of a guy wearing a mustache and sunglasses. Ben takes up the rear of the photo, and fans can just see his head making a tiny appearance.

So what is next for the new bachelor couple? It seems that Higgins is excited to return to what his life was like before the show.

"The spotlight is not a desire of mine, right?" he explained to the Associated Press in an interview earlier this month. "If it happens, it happens, and that's great and grand and whatever you want to call it. Opportunities? Yeah I have a great job right now and Lauren has a great job. It's been fun for us."
