Jess and Nick may have finally gone out on their first official date during last week's 'New Girl,' but this week's episode focused on a different couple that "Team Schmidt" fans may be not so thrilled about: CeCe and her husband-to-be Shivrang.

Fox's April 9th episode of their hit sitcom 'New Girl,' entitled "Bachelorette Party," delves into Cece's underdeveloped relationship with her fiancé as she hastily prepares for her "traditional Indian" wedding, while BFF Jess throws her a rather uncomfortable surprise bachelorette party.

Here's a recap of Season 2, Episode 22 that involves pre-wedding jitters, interesting future in-laws, and some dirty pictures:

Last night's "New Girl" opened with some usual banter amongst the roommates about Nick's heinous "Jane Lynch" track suit that he is sporting, as well as his other recent questionable choices, which include washing his feet in the kitchen sink and attempting to "tap dance." As he tries to pull the "dead Dad card" once again, Winston barges in holding Cece's wedding invitation, indicating that she's decided to follow through with an arranged marriage to a man whose name she is still uncertain how to pronounce correctly. Rather than noting that the rather rapid wedding is only three short weeks away, Schmidt gets hung up on the fact that his ex isn't allowing him to bring a date to her ceremony (and therefore he can't attempt to make her jealous).

"Girl better recognize: Schmidt-y gonna go get his plus-one!" With this statement, Schmidt went to confront Cece about the matter and soon accepted her challenge of finding a "serious" girlfriend before the wedding arrives to bring as a plus-one.

While Schmidt goes on his girlfriend hunt, Cece deals with the company of her future in-laws (Shivrang's aunt & grandmother) who flew in from India to help plan the wedding.

Meanwhile, Jess (who hadn't technically been asked to be the maid-of-honor yet) is still throwing Cece a surprise bachelorette party. She explains to the boys that she'll be having the party at the loft that night so they need to vacate and "kidnap" Cece's fiancé and keep him busy for the night. Jess also explains that while some girls planned their dream wedding, CeCe planned her anticipated "dirtiest bachelorette party of all time," reiterating the importance of this special night.

Jess was not expecting the company of an uninvited "special" guest when Shiv's conservative aunt walked through the door along with Cece into the party consisting of a scandalous slideshow of the bride-to-be and games like "pin the dong on Shivrang."

Extrmely embarrassed in front of her skeptical future in-law, Cece asks Jess to please keep the party "G-rated," which went against Cece's initial wishes and upsets Jess.

She also secretly admits that she's never seen Shivrang naked and is "freaking out" about what he's packing down there. This confession gives Jess the idea to ask Nick to somehow capture a picture of Shiv's "junk" while they are out on the makeshift "bachelor party" that the boys are awkwardly forced into throwing for him.

Nick accepts the picture challenge from Jess and makes numerous inappropriate attempts to convince Shiv to drop his pants for a pic, but obviously fails. Finally, Nick spilled the truth about Cece and reveals how she's "freaking out" about the unseen. Shiv abruptly departed to talk to his future wife in order to appease her pre-wedding jitters. However, Winston took matters into his own hands and sent a shot of Nick's "goods" to Jess and played it off like the picture was really of Shivrang.

Amongst the dirty pictures, the wild bachelorette party, and the faux bachelor party, Schmidt is failing miserably at finding a "girlfriend" in time for the wedding. Finally, Nick comes up with the idea for Schmidt to ask his old college girlfriend, Elizabeth ,from his "fat guy" days to the wedding, since she's the only serious girlfriend that he's ever had.

Schmidt goes to seek out Elizabeth, who denies his invitation to accompany her ex to Cece's wedding and explains that Schmidt was the "best boyfriend" up until he lost all of the weight. After his transformation, he turned into a selfish and mean person who stopped listening to her (which ultimately caused their breakup back in the day). This news hit Schmidt pretty hard because he soon realized that this was true and was still an issue in his more recent relationships as well.

Meanwhile, back at the disastrous bachelorette party, Jess admits her true feelings to Cece about the rushed engagement and wedding plans. She suggests that she slow the relationship down so that her and Shiv can get to know each other better before tying the knot. Jess also doesn't want Cece to have to change who she is in order to make this arranged marriage work.

Cece gets offended by Jess's comments and fires back at her by criticizing her "seventh grade" debacle with the "boy across the hall" Nick.

Finally, Nick's dirty pic that Winston sent finally comes through and adds some comic relief to the awkward party. As everyone is giggling over it and thinking its actually Shivrang's, the aunt comes over and demands to see it. She suddenly understands that CeCe is frightened and explains that where she comes from women cry for days over the same situation. This leads the future in-laws to bond as the aunt entertains the guests with stories of her wedding night before the boys burst into the loft and interrupt. Nick is concerned over the photo and confesses that it's actually his private parts and not Cece's fiancé's; Jess is intrigued.

Shivrang offers to show CeCe what he's working with, but she stops him. She tells him sometimes she feels that they are jumping in blindly and taking a "leap of faith"-but maybe that's what is so exciting. Shiv finally tells his fiancé that she pronounces his name wrong, but even so, he will do his best to make her the happiest woman on earth. Cece is pleased, and kisses her man.

After the party, Schmidt tells CeCe if he was selfish in their "relationship," he apologizes. He also tells her he doesn't need a plus one for the wedding and that he is happy for her. Jess also apologizes, and CeCe officially asks Jess if she will be her Maid-of-Honor. She excitedly accepts.

In the closing scene of "Bachelorette Party," Schmidt goes back to Elizabeth's after his realization and brings her pizzas that he paid for. He also tells her the "Big Guy" is still somewhere in his perfect body and needs her to help coax him out. She demands him to eat all the pizza and as he nibbles he gleefully mutters, "So greasy! So many carbs! Welcome home, melted cheese! I don't even know what pepperoni's made of, it's so good. It's like waking up from a bad salad dream. Big Guy in the house!"
