El Clasico could be considered the biggest game in European football, but it is definitely the top matchup in La Liga. The first meeting between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona in 2016 is kicking off this weekend, with the best players in the world all on one pitch. The last El Clasico took place in November of 2015, with Barcelona traveling to Madrid to embarrass Cristiano Ronaldo and company with a 4-0 victory. Today, Lionel Messi and his squad host Madrid in what is sure to have plenty of revenge talk around it.
According to ManagingMadrid.com, players named to the El Clasico lineup include the following: Keylor Navas, Casilla, Yáñez, Pepe, Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo, Carvajal, Danilo, Kroos, James, Bale, Casemiro, Modric, Isco, Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema, Lucas Vázquez and Jesé.
