Jennifer Lopez has body goals everyone strive for this summer but when she visited The View on March 31, the American Idol judge used a shocking word to describe her body — "chunky." So did it cause another awkward moment with Raven-Symone on the show?

Guest co-host Sunny Hostin introduced photos of the 46-year-old actress had recently shared on social media, saying, “I gotta tell you, your body isn’t fair. So we want to know, what do you eat and how often do you work out?”

One of the photos was of Lopez wearing a studded crop top and a tight, body con skirt. While everyone saw a flat stomach and a nicely toned backside, The Boy Next Door actress thought she looked heavy.

"I was a little bit on the chunky side there, as you can see," Lopez said, shocking Raven-Symone who jokingly threw up her hands and walked away from her chair.

Whoopi Goldberg then stood up to show Lopez and the audience her body. “Do we need to show you what chunky looks like?” she asked. "This a little bit on the chunky side, okay Jennifer? This is not the chunky side," she said while pointing to herself and then back at Lopez.

Laughing, J.Lo tried to clarify her choice of word, “Not chunky! That’s not what I meant! I fluctuate. I go up and down like seven or eight pounds all the time," she explained. “Like when I’m doing the [Vegas] show I get slim. Then when I stop, I’m eating and I get chunky — I feel it.”

Even if she occasionally feels "chunky," Lopez now knows how to embrace it. The actress and singer told PEOPLE editorial director Jess Cagle what she's learned to love about herself.

"That I'm flawed," she shared. "I actually love that part now ... I used to hate it because I'm such a perfectionist."
