Rocco Ritchie has been caught in the middle of a bitter custody battle between his famous parents Madonna and Guy Ritchie in recent weeks, but has stayed under the radar until his recent alleged Instagram account sparked confusion among fans, leading some to wonder if he insulted his mom.

In January, Rocco deleted his public Instagram account. However, he is now believed to have set up a new account and the 15-year-old reportedly described himself as being the "son of a b***h," which he allegedly wrote on the comment in a biographical description on the photo and video sharing app.

A source close to Madonna told the Daily Mail on Sunday, "If this is his new account then clearly comments like this show he's in a delicate place and highlights the fact he needs to be in an equally supportive relationship with both parents."

The source shared that, "Madonna is having her house opened up and she will sit in it until he comes to visit. She is determined and focused. She’s very concerned for his wellbeing. She has been exercising every day to make sure she is in perfect health for when they meet."

However, Gossip Cop flatly denied this story. The site revealed that Madonna's reps confirmed to them that "the Instagram account doesn’t belong to Rocco Ritchie. In fact, late on Sunday, that fake account posted in its bio description, 'Notwhouthinkiam. News be Trippen. I’m loling. I’m not even Rocco.'”

According to TMZ, Madonna and Guy Ritchie were called into a custody hearing in New York City on March 2 in regards to their custody battle over their son, Rocco, and the duo reportedly got scolded by the judge.

During the hearing, Rocco’s attorney reportedly said the entire situation is having a negative effect on their son, but the judge said that the real problem was the “inability of the parents to come up with a solution.”
