It has only been a few days since the shocking final episode of The Walking Dead Season 6 so it is easy to understand why fans can't stop talking about who it was that was bludgeoned to death by Jeffrey Dean Morgan's villainous Negan. Was it Glenn? Or was it Daryl? Could it possibly be Rick? Unfortunately, none of us will be getting answers from the Walking Dead cast before season 7 gets underway, since Andrew Lincoln has just confirmed that they have "made a pact" not to discuss Negan's victim!

In an interview with ComicBook.com, Lincoln revealed that the cast members decided not to talk about who died in "Last Day on Earth."

"We kind of made a pact with each other, just because personally and professionally one of us is going," Lincoln admitted, stating that the season finale will result in the loss of more than just another TWD character.

"These people are lovely, dear friends," he said. "Including myself, one of us is gonna get it."

Lincoln also pointed out that it isn't easy to talk about the death of yet another character, so the cast member have decided to simply put their put down and not discuss which one was on the receiving end of Negan's blows.

"There are certain things that become sacred on set and I'm afraid, I'm one of these people going, 'I can't talk about it,'" he said, adding that the topic is simply too "painful" to touch upon.

"Every time we've lost somebody on the show they've been instrumental in story-telling," he said. "It's the same thing."

It looks like Lincoln isn't the only one who feels this way. The cast members have agreed to not discuss which character was killed by Negan.

"We lock up shop," Lincoln said. "We linked arms, got our knees, and said, 'You know what? Let's not discuss this. It's painful. No apologies.'"

It certainly looks like the world will have to wait until The Walking Dead Season 7 airs on AMC in October to find out which character has just enjoyed his last day on Earth.
