Since finding love with now fiancee Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian is looking noticeably slimmer and he is now down to 248 pounds in short order.

Kardashian has a long battle with depression and weight gain, and because of these issues he hasn't been seen on the family's reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, for years.

Despite rumors that his family is unhappy about his recent engagement to Chyna, the 29-year-old seems to be doing well as he continues his quest to lose weight and get back to a healthier lifestyle.

Chyna wants Kardashian back in prime condition and has actually set a date for him to hit his target weight.

“I’m going to train Rob. We’re going to start a journey. I’m going to start training him myself," the 27-year-old model and former exotic performer said in a video titled "Getting Rob Ready For My Birthday."

Chyna, whose birthday falls on May 11, then said, "So we’re weighing him right now. 248.4 lbs. Day one."

A HollywoodLife source previously claimed that “Rob’s favorite machine to lose weight has been the elliptical. ... He has been on it every day trying to get in his low-impact cardio. He hates running on the treadmill.”

It's no secret that his famous family doesn't approve of his romance with Tyga's baby mama, but it seems like the Arthur George socks owner's relationship with Chyna have done more good than harm to him health wise.

"He has been eating much healthier with Blac, lots of chicken breast, fish and veggies," the source continued. "Besides the cardio, he has been doing some weight lifting, and Blac has even turned him on to yoga.”
