Will.i.am #WILLPOWER Tracklist, Cover Art Released: 'Scream & Shout' for New Album Featuring Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Nicole Scherzinger, Miley Cyrus

Scream and shout and let it out...Will.i.am has released the tracklist and cover art (seen above) for his upcoming album entitled '#WILLPOWER. Finally dropping on April 23rd, the wait for the rest of the Black Eyed Peas frontman's newest series of hits its almost over!

While will.i.am initially planned for his fourth album to be released October 2012 , which would have featured Rihanna, Redfoo and David Guetta, unauthorized leaks forced the producer to write new songs and push its release date back to April 23, reports Idolnator. Nevertheless, with mega stars like Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Juicy J, Nicole Scherzinger Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Skylar and more all making guest appearances on the project, the hit maker's long anticipated album is guaranteed to be worth the wait.

The follow-up to his 2007 album Songs About Girls also features the hit singles "Scream & Shout" with Britney Spears and "#thatPOWER" with Justin Bieber, which have luckily already been released and are still sitting at the top of the charts.
