For Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne fans this is an exciting time. The band has a new album coming out June 11 titled 13, they are going to release their new single "End of the Beginning" on the season finale of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," and they will be touring towards the end of 2013. The legendary metal band also just gave a select group of media and VIP members the chance to listen to their new album.

The event, which took place in Los Angeles, gave some media members their first preview of what to expect on Black Sabbath's latest album 13. Loudwire attended the event, which was said to include 8 songs off of the new album. You can get a full recap from Loudwire.com here. According to Loudwire, band members Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, and Geezer Butler also showed up to the event and made surprise appearance.

Black Sabbath is pulling out all the stops on the band's first album with Osbourne on vocals since 1978's Never Say Die! The band will be debuting their new single "End of the Beginning" during "CSI" on the shows May 15 season finale. In a press release revealing the news, show executive producer Don McGill said,  "When we first heard that Black Sabbath was interested in premiering a song on CSI from their first studio album in 35 years, we were all really excited." It's an interesting combination, which will reportedly feature actors Ted Danson and Marc Vann attending a Black Sabbath concert during the season finale episode. It definitely sounds like "CSI" is excited to be able to premiere the new single. "So many of us are longtime fans," said McGill. "And seeing as the album is titled 13 and this is the finale of CSI's Season 13, it seemed like the perfect match. We couldn't be more thrilled."
