Captain America: Civil War is less than a month away from release, which means Marvel is stepping up their promotions for the blockbuster in these last weeks. In the new clip of the highly-anticipated film, which was featured Sunday during the MTV Movie Awards, the new Avengers are hard at work keeping the world safe from an old foe.

Ever since the first trailer showed Captain America teaming up with Bucky Barnes (aka The Winter Soldier) against Iron Man, fans have been counting down the days until they’d get to see this ultimate clash between Earth’s mightiest superheroes.

Marvel also took the opportunity to reveal a trailer of Captain America: Civil War at Super Bowl 50 kickoff show on February 7 for all the NFL fans to enjoy.

The intense trailer shows Chris Evans‘ Captain America and Robert Downey Jr.‘s Iron Man on opposite sides, unlike in the Avengers: Age of Ultron where they fought on the same team to save humanity.

The 30-second clip didn't give much away but it was enough to send chills down your spine as you hear voices chanting "united we stand" and "divided we fall," then realizing that the two beloved characters are now full-fledged rivals.

Tony Stark (Iron Man) and Steve Rogers (Captain America) had already been bickering from the very start in the first film. The duo didn't have a choice but to work side-by-side so they could rescue the human race from Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) half-brother, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and his minions.

This time though, they couldn't stay in one team any longer. Rogers wants to lead a team that will not regulate individuals with super powers while Stark believes otherwise, forcing the Avengers to choose sides.

Captain America: Civil War stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, William Hurt, Elizabeth Olsen and Jeremy Renner among others. The highly-anticipated film opens on May 6, 2016.
