WGN America has announced the premiere date and released an all-new promo for Season 3 of Salem. Before the supernatural drama returns for Halloween 2016, check out Janet Montgomery and Marilyn Mansion in the all-new promo.

From the plot synopsis, the third season of Salem follows the triumph of the witches' plan to remake the New World. With the devil brought to earth and making Salem his capital,, the New World has brought nothing but death and slavery. The Devil has the ultimate aim of leading humanity to destroy itself. There's only one person on earth who can beat the devil. The very witch that birthed him, his mother, Mary Sibley (Montgomery), she is a huge problem in itself. Is she dead? Or isn't she?

According to TV Line, the latest promo offers a dire warning, "Raise the dead, and you never know what you raise." The third season premiere is scheduled to take place Halloween-week. Someone plans on resurrecting the ill-fated enchantress, but who could it be? The list of possible suspects include Mary's true love, her possessed son, or her smitten Sebastian (Joe Doyle).

And where does the former Sons of Anarchy actor fit into all this? As the same site reports,  Mansion will Thomas Dinley. As the town's barber/surgeon, Dinley is described as someone the residents will go to for anything "from a shave and a haircut to being leeched, bled, sliced open or sewn up."

The Beautiful People singer collaborated with composer Tyler Bates on "Cupid Carries a Gun," theme song for Salem.

The cast includes Shane West, Seth Gabel, Ashley Madekwe, Tamzin Merchant, Elise Eberle, Iddo Goldberg, Joe Doyle and Oliver Bell.

Created and written by Brannon Braga and Adam Simon, show is executive produced by Braga, Simon, Kelly Souders, Brian Peterson and Prospect Park's Jeff Kwatinetz and Josh Barry.

Salem Season 3 will premiere on WGN America Halloween Week.

Readers, are you excited for the return of Salem?
