It's no secret that Ming-Na Wen is a force to reckon with in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, since The Cavalry can pretty much take on anyone without even batting an eyelash. The same can be said about Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff, who is set to break a lot of bad guys' bones in Captain America: Civil War. But what will happen in Agent Melinda May takes on Black Widow?

Wen recently attended the Civil War premiere, where she spoke to ComicBook.com at the red carpet. The Joy Luck Club star spoke about how Captain America 3 could possibly affect what happens next in S.H.I.E.L.D.

"Well, the last Captain America movie, The Winter Soldier, had an incredible impact on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," Wen stated, adding that it wasn't necessarily a very positive "impact."

"It caused the demise of S.H.I.E.L.D., so I don't know what's going to happen," she said. "I'm just hoping that it won't be as drastic of an impact."

Wen was also asked which Avenger would be an easy target for Agent May.

"I don't know," she said before admitting that fans will probably like to see her character take on Black Widow.

"Everyone wants to see girl-on-girl fight, you know, with me and Scarlett Johansson's character, Natasha Romanoff," Wen shared, adding, "I'm up for that!"

Although it may take some time before we will see an Agent May/Black Widow match-up, Natasha looks like she's actually teaming up with the other women in Civil War. A new clip shows Emily VanCamp's Sharon Carter throws some kicks and punches at Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes before Black Widow steps in to take on the Winter Soldier. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like any of them is capable of defeating the former Soviet assassin.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. airs on ABC every Tuesday nights. Captain America: Civil War will hit theaters on May 6.
