The last season of Friends was aired in 2004, and ever since then, the comedy series remains one of the favorite sitcoms of all times. Many a times, fans have speculated about the possibility of a reunion or season 11 taking place. Now, Matthew Perry is hinting that the chances of having a reunion or a reboot are very thin, but it is not totally unlikely.

The finale episode of Friends season 10 showed Ross Geller (played by David Schwimmer) and Rachel Green (played by Jennifer Aniston) having a happy conclusion to their courtship. The episode also featured Chandler Bing (played by Perry), Monica Geller (played by Courteney Cox), Phoebe Buffay (played by Lisa Kudrow) and Joey Tribbiani (played by Matt LeBlanc) moving on in their individual lives. The show left us with teary eyes and a hope that one day all the stars would return.

Now, if current updates are to be believed, then there is about a 45 percent chance of the cast returning in a whole new season of Friends.

Perry, who is currently busy with his play in London, had a recent conversation about Friends with UK's Magic Radio. The 46-year-old actor stated that fans of Friends always talk about a new series or an episode but he does not think of that happening in the near future. But, at the same time he stated that all the six stars can manage to work again if something comes up from the minds behind the comedy series. Perry was quoted by Perez Hilton as saying,

"I don't want to risk doing something bad and ruining, tarnishing the image of it. [However,] I would say 45 percent that it could happen - I think the actors would do it, I'm not sure that the writers would do it."

This is not the first time that news of the cast getting together has come to light. Earlier this year, the entire cast of Friends, except for Perry, reunited to pay tribute to James Burrow. In an interview with E!, Schwimmer made it clear that the cast was getting together but it was not for a renewal.

As die hard fans of Friends ourselves, we just wish to see these six stars sharing a screen for one more time. What do you folks think?
