Apart from being the mother of three cool giant dragons in HBO's Game of Thrones, Emilia Clarke is also famous for portraying the role of Sarah Connor in Terminator. However, the actress does not wish to continue portraying that role in upcoming Terminator films.

2015's Terminator Genisys received poor reviews and even failed to impress at the box-office. Despite that, the production team is keen to make another movie featuring a time-traveling cyborg, although it looks like Clarke won't reprise her role in the next Terminator film.

When Clarke was asked about her future plans in the Terminator world, the Game of Thrones star clearly said that she won't be playing the role of Connor in the film. According to ComingSoon.net, the actress said:

"Can I say that? It's OK. No. Uh-uh. But I have some very different roles coming up."

If we are not wrong then by "different roles," Clarke meant her new film, Me Before You. The film is adapted by Jojo Moyes from her own 2012 novel of the same name. Clarke stated that the novel is the "most beautiful thin I had ever read." The star was further quoted by Slash Film as saying:

"I read the book and it was just the most beautiful thing I had ever read. I was shooting Terminator at the time and had a rocket launcher in my hand while crying like a little girl. I felt like the author, Jojo Moyes, had found a part of me and just wrote it down. I knew that I just had to play the role."

Me Before You is slated to release on June 3, 2016.

Are you disappointed that the great Khaleesi won't be playing the role of Connor in the Terminator film anymore? Tell us in the comments below:
