MStars News has learned that a missing Louisiana 16-year-old was found dead in a ditch with rollers in her hair. According to People, Jorion White's body was found two days after she was reported missing.

Authorities in St. Charles Parish revealed that White's body was found in a drainage ditch in St. Rose on Sunday.

"She had pink rollers in her hair. She was obviously dumped at the location she was found," Maj. Rodney Madere, with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office, described. "We suspect foul play, and we are investigating at this time."

White's mother reported her daughter missing Friday night after last seeing her on Thursday.

"They found her in pink rollers. That's not something she would normally go out in," Katrice Reid, a family friend declared. "She did not walk out of the house like that. She was brought there, carried there. It was not by her own will."

An autopsy has been performed on the young girl, but the cause of her death hasn't been revealed.

Investigators are now scrambling to find out more clues surrounding the 16-year-old's death. Madere claimed that he was not giving out any details on "how she was killed." Details about the condition of her body will not be released either.

On Monday, White's older brother, Darrius R. Rice, took to Facebook and said that he was glad that his sister is "safe with the lord." He advised everyone to remain "humble and have faith."

White was a junior at Bonnabel High School. She was a quiet girl if you ask her cousin and classmate, Kyanna Nelson.

"She was quiet and didn't bother anyone," Nelson told WWL-TV. "I don't see why this had to happen to her."

She added: "I was heartbroken," Nelson said. "Becuase it didn't hit me until after I got to school and I was going to be in a class she wouldn't be in."

St. Charles Sheriff's deputies said that White's body was found by a passerby.

According to the local news station in the city, WDSU, police are asking anyone who has information on this crime to contact the Police Department at 504-712-2222 or Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
