The latest trailer for Baz Luhrmann's adaptation of the F. Scott Fitzgerald novel The Great Gatsby has hit the Internet and features the song "A Little Party Never Killed No One," by Fergie, Q-Tip and GoonRock. If you read the book, you would notice the irony in the song, but for the most part the tune allows for an entertaining new look at the upcoming film. The Great Gatsby hits theaters on May 10.

Previous trailers for this film focused on the character of Jay Gatsby, portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio, and the tragedy in his life. With the recent release of the soundtrack for streaming, this trailer uses the upbeat song to showcase the partying that went on in the Fitzgerald novel. Sure there are some clips of dramatic scenes but mostly the trailer features the lavish lifestyle of Gatsby.

Though set in 1922, the film's soundtrack is very modern and features songs from Beyonce, Gotye, Jay-Z, the xx, and Lana Del Ray, to name a few.

The film co-stars Carrie Mulligan, Tobey Maguire, Joel Edgerton, Isla Fisher and Elizabeth Debicki.

A YouTube description of the newest "Great Gatsby" adaptation reads:

Baz Luhrmann's "The Great Gatsby" follows would-be writer Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) as he leaves the Midwest and comes to New York City in the spring of 1922, an era of loosening morals, glittering jazz, bootleg kings, and sky-rocketing stocks. Chasing his own American Dream, Nick lands next door to a mysterious, party-giving millionaire, Jay Gatsby (Leonardo DiCaprio), and across the bay from his cousin, Daisy (Carey Mulligan), and her philandering, blue-blooded husband, Tom Buchanan (Joel Edgerton). It is thus that Nick is drawn into the captivating world of the super rich, their illusions, loves and deceits. As Nick bears witness, within and without of the world he inhabits, he pens a tale of impossible love, incorruptible dreams and high-octane tragedy, and holds a mirror to our own modern times and struggles.
