An "overweight" teen, Christina Pagliarolo, apparently was left with a bitter taste in her mouth after appearing as a guest on CBS's "Rachael Ray Show" back in April 2011, and is now reportedly suing the TV personality and her network after she was given a weight-loss "recipe" for "humiliation."

Pagliarolo, who was 18 years old and weighed 260 ounds at the time of filming the weight loss episode on "Rachael Ray," has filed lawsuit papers today (April 16th), according to Us Weekly, as she intends to sue the show, the network, and the personal trainer assigned to her (Eric Viskovicz) to help her lose the weight in time for senior prom.

She initially approached the show two years ago with the goal of losing 70 pounds by her senior prom and spoke to the celebrity chef, Rachael Ray, on her daytime talk show about being bullied because of her weight issue, in hopes that Ray could help "turn her life around."

Pagliarolo claims that Ray and her colleagues were "grossly negligent, careless, reckless, wanton, and outrageous" in their conduct, states Us Weekly. She also is making accusations that her trainer, Viskovicz, yelled and screamed at her during their sessions "in a manner that caused Plaintiff to feel anxious, demeaned and threatened."

According to TMZ, Viskovicz also made her run and hike mountains, despite her weak legs. In one specific incident, while on the StairMaster, the trainer kept upping the speed and then yelled at her when she fell off of the machine. Christina claims these "humiliating" training sessions left her with leg injuries in addition to a bruised ego.

Pagliarolo is reportedly seeking an unspecified amount in "punitive damages in an amount appropriate to punish and make an example of Defendants and each of them."

As for Rachael Ray and her colleagues, a rep for the show told Huffington Post, "We haven't received this purported lawsuit but if it does materialize we will defend ourselves against it vigorously and fully expect to prevail."
