Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuels can be considered the perfect example of a high-profile messy breakup. The two, who dated for 12 years, called their relationship quits after rumors of cheating. While there has been some shade thrown, things have definitely become worse as The Pinkprint rapper took to Twitter, unloading with an epic rant aimed at her ex.

Many people were shocked when the announcement was made that the two decided to part. Samuels has been by the rapper's side from before her career took off and many people believed that they were the real thing. Fast-forward to today, the rapper is not here for any of his shenanigans and wants her ex to take Birdman's advice and put some "respek on her name."

According to VH1, Minaj has had enough of her ex. It was previously reported that Samuel has taken things to court and filed a lawsuit against the rapper, suing her for over $1 million.

The claims in the lawsuit are enough to make anyone double take: physical and emotional abuse. To make matters worse, Samuels decided to have Minaj served with papers on Meek Mill's birthday at his home.

Once the papers were served, the rapper didn't waste any time throwing shade Samuels' way. Minaj was clearly pissed to be served papers while she was trying to celebrate her beau's birthday and she let Samuels have it via Twitter.

In a series of tweets, the rapper talked about Samuels hating on the fact that he is no longer in the picture, calling him a poor excuse for a man and revealing to the world that she caught him stealing money from her. SMH.

By the looks of this, things between the two are going to get a whole lot worse before they begin to get any better.
