Universal Pictures Home Entertainment brings the crime thriller Triple 9 to DVD and Blu-Ray. Check out the deleted scene from the star-studded cop drama featuring Chiwetel Ejiofor, Woody Harrelson, and Aaron Paul.

As we previously mentioned, Triple 9 follows a veteran cop and his rookie nephew as they discover a conspiracy that leads dangerously close to home. Together they'll stop at nothing to get to the truth. A bank robbery in Atlanta is just the tip of the iceberg when two cops begin suspecting that members of their own team are involved. Not knowing whom to trust and how deep the corruption goes, the clock is ticking as the two officers become the targets for the next deadly job.

The ensemble cast includes Woody Harrelson, Anthony Mackie, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Aaron Paul, Norman Reedus, Casey Affleck, Gal Gadot, Clifton Collins Jr., Teresa Palmer, Michael K. Williams and Kate Winslet. The bonus extras include deleted scenes and a peek backstage at the making-of.

Check out the deleted scene featuring Chiwetel Ejiofor's Michael Atwood:

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Inside Man actor discusses playing Atwood, "I was talking to John [Hillcoat, the director] and I told him I was very excited for the film but told him that I didn't know quiet what to do. This guy is ex-military and he is aggressive, and I thought how do I catch up with that in the time that we have, which is only a few months, before filming. So, I started working with Navy SEAL guys and working out literally all the time. Nothing but lifting heavy shit. And I tried to get myself into a mentality where I felt comfortable with something like an AR-15."

Available on Digital HD, Triple 9 arrives on DVD and Blu-Ray May 31.

Readers, are you excited to add Triple 9 to your movie collection?
